An inviting course of natural looking fences mean't that most competitors were able to complete the jumping phase of the working hunter competition without too much trouble. This phase was judged by Mr H Leathem and the second manners and conformation phase was judged by Mrs P Turner. Once again Red Mills kindly sponsored these classes and we are indebted to the stewards who worked hard all day to keep the classes moving. For the fifth year running the overall Working Hunter Championship was won by Jayne Moore, while Deborah Cherry from Antrim took the Mountain and Moorland Working Hunter honours.
